     U.S. Seal-EOK only ships out packages with UPS only for all website orders. Same day shipping applies to orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on weekdays only excluding holidays.
Returns & Replacements:
     For any returns you  must call first to get a RGA number for your return. All returns must have the RGA number on the outside of the box and have a copy of the invoice with your return. All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Return freight will only be covered by U.S. Seal-EOK in the case of a shipping error on our part. Warrenty on parts pertains to replacement of product only. U.S. Seal-EOK assumes no responsiblity for labor claims or any other consequential damages.
     To be able to place orders you must have account with U.S. Seal-EOK and be given credentials to log in to your account online. You may not create your account becuase we must set up your pricing before you order. All products must be installed by a qualified mechanic on their intended application. Our products are desinged and intended for stock replacement only. Products installed on applications other than stock voids warranty. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
     All orders must be paid with a credit card unless you have an open account with us in which case you would choose Purchase order during the checkout process. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
Viewing Orders:
     You may view your orders by logging into your account and choosing my account. Once in your account you can click on my orders where you may view previous orders and track your shipments.
Updating Account Information:
     At any time you feel you don't have the correct account information or if something has changed you can edit your information in your account or call us up at 800-777-6974. We will correct any information that is incorrect.
